Global Point Self Storage Doubles Capacity
Since opening last spring, thanks to our great customers, we’ve been fortunate in filling our self storage facility to capacity. We’re happy to announce the opening of Phase 2 on September 9, 2013! We want to thank everyone for helping achieve this milestone. If you need storage in a central location in Peterborough, we’re right beside Landsdowne Place at the corner of Monaghan Rd. and Braidwood Ave.
To help celebrate, we’re expanding our packing and moving supplies AND LOWERING PRICES on supplies! If you need boxes of any kind, bubble wrap, tape, mattress bags or any other supply, check us out. We have specialty boxes for dishes, appliances, mirrors/pictures, and clothing and more.

Moving is stressful at the best of times and few would call their last move the “best of times”. Planning and preparation are key to reducing stress. The most important thing is to start planning early because if the moving company or rental truck you’d like to use is booked, the stress has already started! Moving high-season is generally mid-June until July 31st.
Choosing the wrong mover can turn a stressful experience into a nightmare. Arriving at your new home to find your heirloom(s) in pieces or your beds wet isn’t what you paid for. Make sure you’re mover has experience for the type of move you’re making whether its cross-town or cross-country.
